Dina’s principles of remodeling a residence—i.e. spending money where it will benefit resale, and designing to maximize appeal, still apply for investment or rental property—perhaps more so. But your building doesn’t have to need remodeling to benefit from her services.

Dina assists investors by lending her experience as a landlord and investor as well as project manager, to accomplishing their goals. Several clients who now live out of state are able to retain their rental properties, with her assistance on an as-needed basis. Major repairs or capital improvements should not be managed long-distance, and emergencies are impossible to deal with. Dina acts as project manager for her clients, when needed, enabling them to properly care for their investments without living in Chicago.

Typically, management companies won’t take on smaller properties- or the buildings don’t cash flow enough to make sense when managed by a traditional company. Reliable, qualified, unbiased assistance, only when needed, is the solution- even if you do live in Chicago.
